Irish D. performs @ Birit Diva 2011
Ilongga Divas Irish D. was invited and performed English cover songs such as “I Believe” by Fantasia Barino and “Reflection” by Christina Aguilera at Birit Diva 2011 held at Bo. Obrero last August 11, 2011, 8PM. Irish wowed the crowd with her mesmerizing voice and powerful rendition of the two best ballad songs. The competition was a showcase of 8 unique voices of gay singers who are certified performers and can belt out with some of the best love songs. The winner is Diva Fantasia who performed Regine Velasquez’s “One in a Million” and Mariah Carey’s “Through the Rain.” The event is part of the weeklong annual fiesta celebration of Bo. Obrero in Lapuz district of Iloilo City.
